SHOWNOTES 010 Jesse Tapley
I am SO excited to introduce you to my very best friend in all of the world....Mr Jesse Tapley!
Jesse is my husband and he's just the best, he has the prettiest blue eyes I've ever seen, makes me laugh constantly, and is always pushing me to be better. I am so excited for you to listen to this episode. Jesse shares a little bit about our family, his favorite TV shows and what its like to be friends with other dudes.
Adjust your volume accordingly...I have a loud laugh.
See! Both Nebulas are blue and have after market parts. His jeep is one of his big hobbies lately!
Jesse and I love to whine down at night with some solid TV shows for example... THE NEW GIRL - THE OFFICE and PARKS AND REC. I just spent WAY too much time looking for a gif of Jessica Day but that just reminded me how similar we are and now I am just going to skip that!
So, if you can't tell by his jeeps name Jesse (and our boys) LOVE the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which is Iron Man, Captain America, Thor...all of The Avenger Movies and Jesse told us how they watched them in order this year so if that interests you here is the order in which they watched it.... How to watch every Marvel Movie in the right order!
One of my favorite things that Jesse said was how much he values our date days. Whatever they look like I know that he values them, and that has been a struggle with me in this season of building and growing because I haven't been placing my value there with him. So we got a little chance to talk about valuing seasons and how those seasons change so rapidly. Which is where this Andy Bernard quote from THE OFFICE comes in
"I wish there was a way to know you're in the good ole days before you actually left them." I think I long for the next stage in life...whatever it may be so much that I tend to miss the good ole days right in front of me.
This is Jesse's all time favorite book. He has read it a few times and I think soon he'll read it with Zeke!
Jesse has been listening to this podcast but wants to remind you that it is not always appropriate...meaning there is foul language!
